Orders to Non-Mainland UK addresses such as Northern Ireland and the Highlands require prior arrangement as they may incur additional delivery costs.

Return Policy Details
Returns are accepted. But please note the following, it is your responsibility to return the goods to us in the condition you received them in. e.g. in their original packaging. Once we are in receipt of the goods we will refund you less the cost of postage. On items that show free delivery the postage charge will be £4.00 that we would deduct off the final total.
Any discrepancies and breakages to be reported within 3 working days of delivery. THANK YOU
We will require a contact number and clear instructions as to where it will be safe to leave your goods if you are not at home, this option is only available at your own risk, if it is not safe to leave please state clearly and the courier will leave a card to arrange delivery at a more convenient time

Unless Damaged or Faulty
We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from Emma's Pantry Preserves, however we do understand that occasionally, you may need to return goods to us.
Goods are faulty on arrival
If you find that your goods are faulty on arrival, then you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. Please contact us immediately on receipt of the order and let us know the problem, we may need a photograph
Goods damaged on arrival
If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, you should either write on the delivery note that the packaging is damaged, or refuse to accept the delivery. Please contact us immediately with details of the damage. This will help us considerably in raising the matter with our appointed courier. Once the damaged goods have been received back to us, then we will replace or refund them.
You Have Simply Changed Your Mind (Distance Selling Regulations)
If you have ordered goods from us, but then simply decided that you wish to cancel your order, you are entitled to do so and have any money that you have paid to us refunded. This must be done with 24 hours as we usually dispatch within 36 hours from placing the order.
In order to return an unwanted item, the following criteria must be met:
You must have contacted us in writing within 7 working days of receipt
The item must be in the original box and packaging
It is your responsibility to return the goods to us in a safe and secure manner and at your cost.

Please do not reject parcels because you think the Goods are smashed, just accept and let us know, in some cases we may ask for photographic evidence. Please check Goods on arrival as discrepancies cannot be entertained after 7 working days
